Insurance
If you are planning to use insurance to pay for your psychotherapy, please confirm your coverage for mental health outpatients services with your insurance customer service. I am an in-network provider with PacificSource and Aetna. If you are insured by another company, please check for out-of-network coverage. If you need assistance checking your benefits, please send me an email with your name, your date of birth, and your insurance information (insurance company name, ID number, and group number).
