Individual Psychotherapy

Couples Therapy 

Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT-C) is a structured approach to couples therapy based on the science of love and bonding. Evidence shows that 70-75% of couples in EFT move from relationship distress to recovery during the course of therapy, making it the most empirically supported method of couples therapy on the market. Couples therapy can help with the following issues:

Workshops and Training 

Workshops offer opportunities to learn about cutting edge research and the application of psychological perspectives on a variety of topics. Participants engage in didactic and experiential activities that accommodate a wide range of learning styles. Clinical supervision in group and individual formats is also available to licensed and pre-licensed therapists in Oregon who are focusing their therapy practices on attachment-based and process-oriented psychotherapy for people who have experienced power-based personal violence or trauma.
